1. Electromagnet part

Magnetically conductive shell and iron core of the electromagnetic module: high-quality carbon steel with high magnetic permeability is used, and the body of the electromagnetic module is made of structural parts.

The surface of the shell of the electromagnetic module: shot blasting treatment, polished smooth, no burrs, sharp edges. The surface accuracy reaches Sa21/2 level.

The surface of the shell is coated with two layers of primer and two top coats, and the thickness of the paint film is > 200 microns.

The hanging chain of the electromagnetic module is manufactured by a professional marine anchor chain factory. The bottom of the suction cup is filled with high temperature resistant material, which can withstand high temperature up to 500 degrees.

The junction box on the electromagnetic module has terminals for easy cable replacement, and at the same time, the terminals have insulation protection measures.

Protection class: IP65.

Insulation class: H.

Energization rate (ED): 60%.

2. The operation mode of the control cabinet adopts a wireless remote control or a limited hand operator, which can be installed on the excavation operation handle, which is easy to use and can meet various requirements of the site.

3. Battery suction cup configuration

The excavator electromagnet includes: electromagnet, rectifier controller, a set of remote control, and generator.
