Safe operation of excavator crushing bucket:

4. The optimal temperature of hydraulic oil when the hydraulic crushing bucket is working is 50-60℃, and the higher temperature should not exceed 80℃. Otherwise, the load of the hydraulic crushing bucket should be reduced.

5. The working medium used by the hydraulic crushing bucket can usually be consistent with the oil used in the hydraulic system of the main engine.

6. Calcium-based lubricating oil or calcium-based lubricating oil (MoS2) must be used to lubricate between the shank of the drill rod and the guide sleeve of the cylinder body, and the bucket should be broken and filled once per shift.

7. The hydraulic crushing bucket and drill rod should be perpendicular to the working surface during use, and the principle of not generating radial force is the principle.

8. If the hydraulic crusher is to be out of use for a long time, the nitrogen should be exhausted, and the oil inlet and outlet should be sealed. Do not store it in a high temperature and an environment below -20°C. In winter, the engine should be started for 5 to 20 minutes for preheating, and the crushing operation should be carried out at low temperature, which will easily damage various parts of the excavator crushing bucket, such as pistons and seals.
